Job Summary
C-12/King Air Army Transport Aircraft Mechanic (FAA A&P) services, repairs and overhauls assigned aircraft to ensure airworthiness on Army C-12/King Air (200/350/1900) aircraft. Requires FAA A&P Certificate, seven years’ experience on Army C-12/King Air, US Citizenship for Secret Security Clearance, and ability to obtain/maintain clearance. Performs maintenance per FAA regulations, MIL-STD/TOs, inspects components, repairs/retains engines and airframe components, and may service engines at line station. Includes physical requirements and tool ownership; offers compensation around $75,754 with comprehensive benefits; relocation not specified.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A&P Certificate (FAA)
- Minimum seven (7) years’ experience on Army C-12 or King Air (200/350/1900)
- US Citizenship to obtain US Govt Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Govt Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain facility credentials and authorization
- Completion of formal maintenance training on assigned aircraft (desired)
- Preferred recent full-time experience on C-12/King Air within past 12 months (preferred)
- Preferred six (6) months of flight line and overhaul/inspection experience (preferred)
- Ability to move about aircraft interior and meet weight/physical requirements
- Must provide own mechanics tools (toolbox etched with PID)
- Must have valid US Passport for travel to Korea
