Job Summary
Coordinate project execution phases for framework agreements and transformation projects, managing direction and progress through coordination, financial and quality monitoring, and ongoing reporting to the client. Lead smaller to medium-sized projects within the university and public housing sectors, ensuring adherence to contracts, tendering processes, and building economics. Communicate effectively across multiple levels with clients, authorities, partners, and on-site teams. Requires 10+ years of experience as a building constructor or architect, proficiency in Danish, and familiarity with renovation and transformation work. Full-time position at the Copenhagen studio; applications accepted via online platform until September 1, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Uddannet bygningskonstruktør eller arkitekt
- Minimum 10 års erfaring
- Fungerer og trives i rollen som byggeleder
- I stand til at kommunikere på flere niveauer
- Løsningsorienteret
- Erfaring med kontrakter, udbud og styring af byggeøkonomi
- Kan begå dig på dansk i både skrift og tale
