Job Summary
Support the AN/BYG-1 Media Delivery Team across shipments and delivery logistics. Prepare transmittal paperwork, upload receipts, track deliveries, review transmittals for quality, and handle classified/unclassified materials. Manage BITs/Alfresco databases, coordinate with Squadrons and Installation Team Leads for approvals and installation requirements, and perform media duplication for fleet installation. Requires effective verbal/written communication, strong organization and time management, teamwork, and DoD SECRET clearance. Location: Middletown, RI. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Current DoD SECRET Clearance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with logistics/CM at NUWC
- Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Classified shipments
- Associate and/or Bachelor degree (preferred)
- Drafting and submitting DD-1149s for shipments
- Database experience: NTIRA, AIMTC, BITs
