Job Summary
The Vice President of TPM Business Operations will oversee daily operational tasks, manage business requests, and ensure timely execution of key deliverables. Responsibilities include partnering with the Global COO on client onboarding, ensuring operational readiness, acting as the primary operational contact for clients, supporting strategic enhancements, and creating materials for internal stakeholders. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, experience in management consulting or business operations, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

- 7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a comparable operational/analytical role.
- Working knowledge of finance, capital markets, and investment strategies used by alternative asset managers.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of synthesizing complex information into clear, concise outputs for senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Resourceful self-starter with strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
