Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations to design and monitor treatment plan implementation. Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, including leading group trainings. Adhere to the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code while cultivating a culture of compassion, excellence, and reliability for employees, clients, and families. This full-time salaried position is based at the ABA center in Hawai'i and requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with a state license obtained prior to start date.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®)
- Must obtain Hawai'i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date
- Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; including the use of technology
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Solid communication skills
