Manage the critical path by liaising with buying and merchandising teams to ensure a smooth product journey from start to finish, keeping key dates on track. Oversee all departmental samples including shoots, marketing, and fits while conducting regular competitor shopping reports to present insights on retail activity and fashion trends to the Buying and Design Team. Accurately update information into the buying system and support Monday trade meetings by demonstrating knowledge of best and worst sellers to understand sales potential and reduce risks.
