Job Summary
Own the purchase order process by accurately raising and managing orders in line with the critical path, proactively resolving queries and delays. Ensure timely approvals are communicated to relevant teams while managing the buying sample set, covering postage, storage, and stock management for sign-off. Maintain and update the PLM system throughout the product lifecycle, including colour approvals, lab dips, and branding, and keep the Buying Range Plan and Bills of Materials aligned with design specifications. Conduct online checks for images and swatches, logging web change queries, and use Power BI to monitor data consistency across PLM, AX/D365, and PIM systems. Support the Assistant Buyer with bulk approvals and supplier notifications, prepare for weekly trade meetings, and distribute meeting minutes with clear follow-ups. Generate weekly reports on trading analysis and shop reports to identify trends and market insights. Required Qualifications
- Experience in overseeing day-to-day operations, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Either a relevant qualification or experience in a transferable role which requires high levels of organisation.
- Enthusiastic with strong knowledge of, and interest in product and fashion.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
