Job Summary
Process and manage daily purchase orders to support accurate and timely fulfillment; execute order fulfillment activities that support revenue recognition and on-time shipment; monitor and support vendor performance metrics; drive continuous improvement through visual daily management, KPIs, and ERP tooling; perform transitional receiving for chemical, equipment, and service POs; resolve vendor discrepancies related to pricing, quality, delivery, and safety; manage Blanket Purchase Orders from issuance through renewal or disposition; maintain system data and reporting to improve supplier performance and transactional efficiency; role located on-site in Glen Allen, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain or 3 years purchasing/inventory/logistics experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience working with an ERP system; Dynamics 365 knowledge preferred
