Job Summary
Lead DTC buying for ANZ with end-to-end responsibility from demand forecasting to open-to-buy alignment and assortment planning for 800–1000 SKUs per season. Drive pre-season and in-season buy decisions, coordinate with TA Planning and Merchandising to ensure alignment with sales targets, inventory, and market demand. Partner with regional teams to manage product strategy, forecast accuracy, markdowns, promotions, and inventory planning to support ANZ year-end targets. Requires strong retail product knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to influence leadership through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor minimum degree
- Minimum 3-5 years in retail industry
- Experience knowledge of outdoor, TNF brand Retail and product expertise in ANZ markets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- P&L understanding
