Buyer - Sweaters

Buyer focused on women's sweaters will curate trend-driven product assortments and manage category strategy to meet financial targets. Under guidance of the Division / Category Director, responsibilities include developing and executing buying strategies, trend forecasting via market research and social media signals, negotiating with vendors to secure favorable costs while maintaining quality, managing weekly sales performance and open-to-buy budgets, ensuring timely deliveries, supporting promotions and cohesive product launches, and leveraging sales data and market insights to optimize assortments and profitability. Strong collaboration with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams is required, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. The role requires 5-7 years of apparel buying experience, a Bachelor's degree in Fashion, and the ability to work onsite from Vernon, CA.
