Job Summary
Manage purchase orders, budgets, and expenditures for soft and hard goods required for design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of façade solutions. Act as a liaison between suppliers and departments to resolve procurement issues, negotiate contracts, and obtain comparison pricing. Monitor inventory levels, analyze material take-offs, and track supplier deliveries while resolving invoice discrepancies with Accounting. Create blanket purchase orders and document notes and due dates. Report to the Director, Supply Chain with flexibility to work overtime and drive to visit suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3+ years in purchasing, procurement or supply chain/inventory
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be able to commute daily to the office
- Must be able to wear PPE in certain other locations
- Must be able to drive to visit suppliers and/or pick up samples
- Must be flexible to work overtime as required
