Job Summary
Curate, price, and authenticate luxury items daily while partnering with Inventory and Sales teams to maintain RFID accuracy and product integrity. Build strong relationships with in-store suppliers and wholesale partners to ensure ongoing product flow, providing actionable market insights to drive profitability and align assortments with brand standards. Monitor sell-through rates across all channels, refine product strategies using data, and mentor junior team members to support departmental goals. Work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods through mid-January.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of luxury brands, particularly handbags and jewelry
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills
- A strong sense of trends and seasonality in the luxury market
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- A collaborative spirit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new inventory management tools and processes
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability during peak business periods, including Black Friday, Boxing Day, and the holiday season through mid-January
- A willingness to support additional projects, responsibilities, and initiatives as needed by the store's management team
