Job Summary
As a Buyer, you will manage supplies needed for client product and business portfolios by generating and processing purchase orders, coordinating with schedulers and Customer Service Specialists to ensure supplies are on hand, and working with suppliers to place orders and track deliveries. You will generate and maintain purchase orders and price lists, update schedulers and customer service on supply status, and communicate with suppliers, account coordinators, schedulers, sales teams, and warehouse personnel. You will perform adhoc reporting, data entry, and track purchases to ensure timely delivery via land, air, or sea. Experience with Epicor ERP is required/beneficial, and strong attention to detail, multitasking, and collaboration are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and virtual collaboration tools are highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business or related discipline + 2 years of experience
