Job Summary
Conduct due diligence and property research for finance-ready clients while sourcing suitable properties from on-market, pre-market, and off-market channels. Lead negotiations and manage the buying process from start to finish by partnering with brokers to understand client goals and timing. Run buyer strategy sessions and tailor property briefs to deliver outstanding service that earns client trust and repeat business. Build strong working relationships with industry stakeholders within an embedded retail store model.
Required Qualifications
- A Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent)
- Proven success managing 20+ end-to-end residential transactions
- Established networks to source off-market and pre-market opportunities for your clients
- Strong knowledge of your local market and buyer psychology
- Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes
