Job Summary
As a Retail Buyer’s Agent embedded in an Aussie Store, you will work with finance-ready clients to understand property needs, source on-market/pre-market/off-market properties, perform due diligence and property research, and lead end-to-end negotiations to convert customers into successful purchases. You’ll run buyer strategy sessions, tailor property briefs, and build strong relationships with brokers and industry stakeholders, delivering outstanding service that earns client trust and repeat business while leveraging central support, marketing, and proprietary tech to amplify deal flow.
Required Qualifications
- A Class 1 (or equivalent) Real Estate License
- Proven success managing 20+ end-to-end residential transactions
- Strong knowledge of your local market, sourcing techniques, and buyer psychology
- Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes
