Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned IFF manufacturing plants, overseeing supplier management, sourcing activities, negotiations, and purchasing execution to ensure continuity of supply and cost competitiveness. Lead supplier evaluation and relationship management while executing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and auctions to deliver cost savings aligned with business objectives. Partner with Operations, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve shortages, delivery delays, and quality concerns, implementing mitigation actions for supply risks and urgent purchases. Monitor market dynamics, raw material trends, and cost drivers, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and reporting performance achievements. Based in the Tilburg office with a hybrid profile, this role supports global procurement strategies within a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and biosciences.
