Job Summary
Buyer Planner L2 responsible for material planning and purchasing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Drive planning decisions using ERP/MRP to ensure uninterrupted operations, manage supplier performance, resolve shortages proactively, and balance inventory with service requirements. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to meet business objectives; demonstrate independent problem-solving to identify and mitigate supply chain risks; drive continuous improvement in planning and procurement processes. Growth opportunities exist within a growing organization with operational ownership over material planning. Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in purchasing, planning, supply chain, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
