Job Summary
Compile, verify, and record production data from shop orders, work tickets, BOMs, and worker sheets using Esti Track Software. Calculate production factors including item quantities, materials used, scrap amounts, and labor hours. Write production reports based on compiled data, maintain document files, and create detailed production sheets for assembly guides. Assist in purchasing for specific assigned accounts. Requires minimum 4 years in production control and data analysis with metal buying experience. Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to plan complex schedules are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include word, excel, outlook, and demonstrate the ability to utilize internet explorer to research parts availability, and other data needed to improve mission capable rates.
- Most possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess the ability to plan. Schedule and integrate complex events.
- Minimum 4 years' experience relating to production control and data analysis.
- Must have experience buying Metal
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Desired Qualifications
- College coursework encouraged.
