Job Summary
Entry-level Buyer/Planner provides day-to-day tactical support for purchasing and production planning to ensure material availability and smooth production execution. Focuses on purchase order processing, schedule maintenance, data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems, and cross-functional coordination with buyers, planners, production, and inventory teams to meet customer delivery commitments. Skills include ERP/MRP familiarity (SAP, Oracle or similar), MS Excel proficiency, attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and strong communication and organizational abilities. Timely information delivery and involvement in inventory accuracy and continuous improvement activities are expected.
