Job Summary
Entry-level Buyer/Planner responsible for day-to-day tactical support for purchasing and production planning activities to ensure material availability and smooth production execution. Focuses on purchase order processing, schedule maintenance, data accuracy in ERP/MRP, and cross-functional coordination with buyers, planners, production, and inventory teams to help meet customer delivery commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred but not required
- 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or materials role
- Internship or co‐op experience in purchasing or planning a plus
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to follow standard processes and work instructions
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
