Job Summary

Buyer for Men’s category responsible for owning product assortment strategy, partnering with vendors and product development teams, and guiding decisions to maximize sales, margin, and customer appeal. Role involves analyzing sales performance, market trends, and consumer insights; leading vendor negotiations; collaborating with Planning, Allocation, Marketing, and Store teams; and staying connected to market trends through travel and analysis to shape both pre-season and in-season assortments in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in retail or e-commerce buying, merchandising, or a related field
  • Proven ability to contribute to or own assortment decisions that drive sales and margin performance
  • Strong understanding of men’s apparel, sports culture, and consumer trends
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable decisions
  • Experience working directly with vendors, including negotiation and relationship management
