Research product pricing and availability while negotiating material prices whenever possible. Process RARRs quickly and efficiently, then interface with manufacturers or their representatives to handle purchasing, obtain product information and delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies. Manage purchase order follow-ups, address over shipments and shortages, and approve manufacturer invoices for payment. Collaborate with the Vendor return specialist on stock returns and coordinate Supply Base Management activities. Implement and revise procedures and instructions. Requires high school diploma with associate degree preferred, strong math and data analysis skills, and proven negotiation and inventory control abilities.
