Job Summary
As a Buyer at LOAVIES, you will be responsible for sourcing, developing and purchasing fast fashion items within your categories, analyzing sales data, and developing purchasing strategies. You’ll work closely with the Merchandise and Planning team, supported by an Assistant Buyer, to manage several categories, monitor and develop the LOAVIES product range, onboard new suppliers, and maintain relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers. You should bring a couple years of experience as a (junior) buyer, a strong passion for fashion, market knowledge, customer-centric mindset, and an analytical approach. HBO education is expected, with strong fabrics knowledge (DETEX). The role requires availability for 4-5 days a week and located in the Netherlands (Zwolle HQ) with in-person work.
Required Qualifications
- HBO education (AMFI, TMO, Saxion Hogeschool)
- Couple years of work experience as (junior) buyer
- Excellent knowledge of fabrics (DETEX)
- Analytical ability
- Customer centricity
- Ability to source, develop and purchase fast fashion items
- Experience collaborating with Merchandise and Planning teams
- Onboard and manage suppliers and manufacturers
- Available for 4-5 days a week
