Job Summary
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned Israeli suppliers, overseeing supplier relationships, performance, and capacity planning. Lead RFQs, cost analysis, negotiations, and commercial discussions while monitoring purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery. Resolve supply chain issues, shortages, quality concerns, and production escalations, supporting New Product Introduction and engineering changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Planning, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics to analyze risks and optimize inventory. Maintain procurement data within SAP. Fluent in Hebrew and English with 2–5 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or operations
- Experience working with manufacturing suppliers and subcontractors
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems – advantage
- Experience in big organizations, high-tech manufacturing environments – advantage
