Job Summary

Procurement professional responsible for issuing RFQs, following up bids for timely/compliant responses, and maintaining documentation in the ERP system. Manage entry of new and amended purchase orders, maintain supplier records, support invoicing, conduct offer analysis with Excel, prepare standard RFQ templates, and collaborate across SCM teams across locations/time zones. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and customer-focused communication with suppliers across cultures. Requires ERP proficiency, Excel, and English fluency; additional languages are advantageous. Job includes hybrid remote work based in Bratislava with an indefinite-term contract and a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of practical experience in a procurement or purchasing role
  • minimum of 2 years of total professional experience
  • background in a Commercial Business School or equivalent
  • proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • experience with eProcurement platforms is a strong advantage
  • fluent English; additional languages a plus
