Job Summary
Coordinate procurement activities for direct materials, components, and equipment by maintaining supplier relations, placing orders, and tracking shipments while managing inventory levels and minimizing obsolescence risks. Review requisitions and MRP output to order, reschedule, or cancel materials, and correspond with freight forwarders and warehouses to organize transportation. Handle claims, settle debit and credit issues, and confirm active components meet production needs on time and at the requested price. This role supports Flex's SpinCo spin-off, focusing on power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers, and requires a BA/BS degree with an intermediated English level.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Intermediated English level
- Experience Facilities or Engineering Background
- Proven track record managing material availability to support production schedules (clear-to-build)
- Ability to manage demand changes through push in / push out execution
- Strong track record in shortage mitigation and expedite management in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated experience in cost negotiation and cost reduction initiatives
- Must be located in Guadalajara, North Campus
