Job Summary
Plan, control, and manage raw materials and purchasing activities aligned with production requirements and business guidelines. Ensure material availability on time through continuous coordination with suppliers and production planning. Monitor and optimize inventory performance, including DIOH reduction, E&O control, and safety stock calculations. Maintain and update ERP planning parameters (lead times, MOQ) and act on system recommendations to prevent supply chain disruptions. Collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams to support supply chain efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including lean practices and adherence to quality standards (ISO).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in materials planning within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Advanced or proficient English level
