Process requisitions and convert them into purchase orders, ensuring details are complete and accurate. Issue and track the progress of purchase orders, updating them as necessary. Address inquiries raised by vendors and business stakeholders related to purchasing transactions, including requisitions, purchase orders, and catalogs. Analyze reports generated from purchasing systems to identify areas of noncompliance, process exceptions, and incomplete transactions. Provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures to business partners to increase compliance. This role supports Indirect Purchasing Operations within Emerson's team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
