Job Summary
Manage and negotiate purchasing prices for software commodities, including licensing and contracts across AUTOSAR, computer vision, and operating systems like Android and Linux. Define sourcing strategies to achieve target costs while analyzing markets to recommend strategic suppliers and ensure adherence to part family strategies. Support continuous improvement programs and communicate clearly with stakeholders to drive team efforts. This role is part of ZF's ADAS & HPC business unit, which is currently in a growth and transformation phase within advanced automotive technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field
- 3-5 years of advanced experience in a professional purchasing capacity
- Experience with supplier analysis and evaluation
- Strong background with supplier bidding process and complex negotiations
- Experience with APQP and/or project management tools and methods
- Fluent in English
