Responsibilities include purchasing processes in AggieBuy, processing financial transactions, generating reports, ensuring state documentation, procuring goods and services, issuing purchase orders, coordinating inventory, verifying receiving, and providing prompt customer service to hospital service areas. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, ability to multitask, and cooperation with others, with on-site work in College Station, TX, and a typical Monday–Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
