Job Summary
Execute supplier selection, negotiate rates, and onboard vendors to ensure compliance and capacity for exterior and interior services. Maintain supplier master data in the ERP system, manage performance scorecards, and identify cost reduction opportunities through proactive market analysis. Interface with operations, legal, finance, and field teams to resolve issues and verify service requirements. Provide backup support to the Senior Buyer and mentor new procurement specialists. Adhere to all safety policies and regulations within a general office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management, related field or the equivalent in education and work experience
- 3-5 years related work experience
- 1+ years general office experience
- Certification in Supply Management
- Fluency in English
- Contracts Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Negotiation Skills
- Project Management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
