Job Summary
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, leading supplier tenders to achieve optimal commercial and operational outcomes. Analyze supplier markets and pricing trends to identify value creation opportunities, while building long-term partnerships and negotiating competitive commercial terms. Prepare contracts and amendments in compliance with legal and tax requirements, driving cost optimization through spend analysis and continuous improvement projects. Partner with cross-functional teams on new product launches and monitor procurement performance against cost and cash targets. Ensure supplier qualification and governance, maintaining all documentation and SAP data in line with internal standards.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- 3+ years of procurement experience as a Buyer, preferably in an international or FMCG company
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a continuous improvement approach
- Proactive attitude, ownership, and a results-driven mindset
- Intermediate or higher level of English

- Experience with SAP (preferred)
