Job Summary
Boat Buyer/Broker facilitates purchases and sales in the marine market by meeting with clients to understand needs, evaluating boats, negotiating terms, researching market conditions, and managing documentation. Responsibilities include conducting boat showings, maintaining client relationships, utilizing sales tools and CRM, and delivering exceptional service throughout the buying/selling process. Requires proven brokerage/sales experience and a licensed brokerage credential, plus strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in boat brokerage, sales, or a related field
- Brokerage License
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for market analysis and documentation
- Established network of contacts in the marine industry preferred
