Job Summary
Buyer - Beauty Everyday and Impulse leading Health & Beauty category strategy, managing branded and private label portfolios, negotiating partnerships, driving growth with data insights, cross-functional collaboration, and managing budgets and margins. Requires extensive buying experience in skincare, cosmetics and/or fragrance, proven category growth in branded and private label, successful supplier negotiations, strong financial acumen, strategic yet hands-on leadership, and deep knowledge of formulation, claims, packaging, compliance and brand positioning to shape the future of Health & Beauty with a differentiated private label offer.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive buying experience within skincare, cosmetics and/or fragrance
- Strong track record of delivering category growth in both branded and private label environments
- Demonstrated success in complex supplier negotiations and long-term partnership building
- Deep understanding of global beauty trends and the ability to translate them into commercial outcomes
- Strong financial acumen with confidence managing large budgets, forecasting and margin strategy
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed
- Experience leading, influencing and elevating others around you
- Understanding of formulation, claims, packaging, compliance and brand positioning
