Job Summary
Manage purchase orders, monitor supplier deliveries, and resolve receiving and invoicing issues to ensure continuity of supply while meeting quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Proactively drive supplier performance and lead RFQ activities to secure competitive pricing, balancing quality, lead time, and risk considerations. Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and Manufacturing teams to resolve supply chain challenges, support New Product Introduction and High Volume Manufacturing programs, and implement corrective actions for inventory optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Supplier Management
- Experience managing suppliers in a manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who can work independently while effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Can participate in most work-related discussions and explain opinions in English in simple terms
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
- Knowledge of Build-to-Print components, including CNC machined parts, fabricated parts, mechanical assemblies, and precision manufacturing processes
- Experience sourcing electromechanical products such as controllers, robots, sensors, actuators, and electronic assemblies
- SAP knowledge and experience with ERP procurement systems
