Ensure supply continuity to enable manufacturing with speed and quality by following up on orders, verifying deliveries, and approving payments. Proactively drive timely shipment of parts from suppliers to factories, resolving billing and receiving issues while partnering on demand/supply collaboration. Execute pull-ins/push-outs with suppliers to meet MRP demand and manage inventory reduction efforts. Negotiate purchase orders and RFQs to secure lowest costs consistent with quality and reliability requirements, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve supply issues. This role supports Applied Materials' state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Xi'an, CHN.
