Monitor the supplier market for financial and corporate changes, and interface with engineering and operations teams to propose new materials and technologies. Prepare and send Requests for Offer (RdO) based on purchase requests, then receive, catalog, and tabulate commercial offers while managing technical and commercial alignments. Negotiate contracts for suppliers, prepare Purchase Orders or contracts for signature, and ensure supplier acceptance and counter-signatures. Collaborate with management on negotiations for high-value items, qualify suppliers, and inform the supervisor of operational issues with corrective actions. Requires a Perito Industriale diploma, 3+ years of experience, Office 365 proficiency, and English knowledge.
