Procurement-focused role overseeing direct materials and project-related procurement for the Power and Water Solutions business. Drive commercial negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors on pricing, delivery, payment terms, and contracts; identify cost optimization through strategic sourcing, rate contracts, and alternate vendors. Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, Planning, Finance, and Global Procurement to support project execution; prepare techno-commercial comparison statements and manage purchase orders in SharePoint. Coordinate with Finance for import documentation such as LC/ABG/PBG, manage vendor onboarding and master data, monitor supplier performance, and ensure timely supplier payments. Develop strong supplier relationships to ensure continuous supply of quality materials at competitive prices and within timelines. Monitor procurement spend and generate MIS reports including spend analysis, cost savings, and cost avoidance for management review; ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements. You are a results-driven procurement professional with expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization, possessing strong commercial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and stakeholder management skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive operational excellence.
