Job Summary
Manage procurement processes by preparing quotations, tender documents, and evaluating bids per company policies. Oversee supplier selection, negotiate terms, and ensure contracts and purchase orders are authorized. Track deliveries, monitor stock levels, and manage reordering and requisition processes to ensure optimal value for goods and services. Requires a degree in business management or equivalent, plus two years of procurement experience. Preferred experience as a Buy House Officer.
Required Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in business Management, Procurement & Supplies Management or equivalent
- 2+ work experience in carrying out procurement or equivalent
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- People management skills
- Strong Communication and Analytical skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience as BuyHouse Officer or similar role
