Deliver exceptional service to guests by anticipating needs in advance and managing all facilities and requests while maintaining The Ritz London's 5-star luxury standards. Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Room Service, Reception, and Hall Porters & Concierge to ensure seamless guest experiences. Provide unparalleled care with excellent customer service skills, discretion, and a polite professional attitude to both internal and external guests. Work under pressure with strong organizational abilities and a great command of English, both spoken and written. Requires relevant experience in a 5-Star property or household equivalent.
