Job Summary
Contact assigned guests to assist with personalized services, including pre-booking, spa, dining, and activity reservations. Arrange, record, deliver, and charge special requests for arriving guests while greeting them at the entrance and escorting them to their rooms. Monitor guest activity throughout the evening and overnight hours, remaining on call for last-minute needs such as drawing baths. Inspect all guest rooms prior to arrival and present food and beverage items ordered by the guest. Research and clarify any misunderstandings regarding guest folios, prepare bills for presentation upon departure, and assist with luggage transport and farewells. This role requires working varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two years' experience in hospitality and proficiency in PMS and CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Prior knowledge of the systems in use is not necessary, but definitely a plus
- A minimum of two years' experience in related hospitality fields
- proper formalized training
- Ability to cooperate and operate seamlessly with all departments of the resort
- Ability to interact with guests that have high expectations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Must be able to speak English
- Must be willing to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts
