Job Summary
Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with attention to detail, managing requests for packing, laundry, and personal shopping. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining immaculate environments in suites and common areas. Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages as required, assist with event planning for private functions, and handle guest correspondence and schedules. Maintain accurate records of preferences and collaborate with team members to create a luxurious experience. Ensure all service standards are met and exceeded consistently while adapting to changing situations with flexibility. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs
- Proficiency in etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making capabilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Basic computer skills for guest correspondence and record-keeping
- Fluency in English
