Job Summary
Program Supervisor to lead the Court, Campus, and Outreach programs; supervise advocates, volunteers, and interns; provide direct crisis intervention and advocacy to survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking; monitor data, outcomes, and reporting; build and maintain community partnerships; and collaborate with the Director to enhance training and program effectiveness. Requires strong leadership, organizational, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills; responsibilities include staff development, policy implementation, quality assurance, and ensuring services meet high standards of care. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required, with 2+ years of direct-service experience and 1+ year supervisory experience; compensation indicates an exempt salary range of $21-23 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Human Services, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 + years of experience delivering direct services in the field (SA, DV, crisis intervention with victims, advocacy) required
- 1+ years of supervisory experience required.
