Job Summary
Provide direct crisis intervention and advocacy to survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. Responsibilities include safety planning, resources/referrals, telephone and one-on-one support, accompaniment to court or appointments, and facilitating survivor support/educational groups. Maintain accurate client records and participate in evaluation of program policies. Advocate for survivors in alignment with their goals and consent; build professional relationships within the community; ensure transportation access and maintain vehicle insurance as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Human Services, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and email
