Manage guest requests by coordinating logistics, contacting arriving guests prior to arrival, and flagging them accordingly. Plan the daily butler operation, assign staff to areas, and monitor service delivery to ensure adherence to hotel standards. Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly while collaborating with management to develop service protocols. Maintain knowledge of local attractions, daily event sheets, and new procedures. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and complete required certifications. Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
