Job Summary
Deliver personalized, anticipatory Butler service to Club Millésime guests, anticipating needs and creating tailor-made experiences throughout their stay. Welcome, assist, and farewell guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism while managing requests, preferences, and special arrangements with discretion. Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service during VIP arrivals and special occasions. Handle guest concerns professionally, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution while upholding Sofitel's luxury service standards and grooming requirements. Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Butler experience from Luxury background including F&B experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
