Butler Associate

Butler Associate responsible for guest communication from reservation through stay to departure, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction with professional service. Coordinates with Housekeeping and Engineering to maintain villas in immaculate condition, and liaises daily with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage to meet guest needs. Oversees villa cleaning/maintenance, promotes in-house facilities, and handles guest itineraries including flights, dinners, and tours. Collaborates with departments to ensure consistent service during dining experiences and stays informed about all resort activities. Assists with training, implements SOP and LQA standards, conducts routine inspections, and supports cost control and inventory management.
