Job Summary
Assist the Head Butler in providing exceptional service to guests, including serving meals, arranging activities, and fulfilling special requests. Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion while ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of guest cabins and public areas. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and seamless guest experience, handling inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge while adhering to company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or cruise environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
