Conduct personal sales and customer service at the Iittala Outlet in Älmhult, handling cash register operations and restocking inventory. Maintain daily shop upkeep, implement campaign visuals, and optimize sales performance while tracking key store metrics. Act as an ambassador for brands including Iittala, Rörstrand, Fiskars, Arabia, and Mumin, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and personalized product recommendations. Work approximately 8–10 hours weekly with alternating weekends off, reporting directly to the store manager.
