Job Summary
Drive sales, operations, and results for the new MQ Marqet Falun store while coaching staff and leading daily work. Plan and lead store communication regarding campaigns and sales activities, ensuring merchandise displays align with MQ concepts and guidelines. Act as a role model for salespeople, utilizing sales techniques to build recurring customer relationships and foster a fun, high-performance team. Manage scheduling systems and recruitment tools with strong economic understanding. This full-time role starts with a six-month trial period, beginning September 26, 2021. The position is open for immediate application until August 26, 2021.
